Khun Peung's Wedding! - My first thai wedding!
I am happy to be invited to my first thai wedding! Although its a mighty short trip, 3D2N.. i will say effectively it really is just to attend the wedding!
It was a luncheon and about 1.5hours away from central Bangkok. It is held at a place called Sampran Riverside and venue is very traditionally thai.
To add on, i actually had a wardrobe severe malfunction. Its my fault really. When i was told the theme was pink, the first dress is my Rosabelle Bow Peplum Dress in pink. But previously when i first wore it, the zipper already gave me issues. It split open, the kind where u need to zip down and up again yet its still prone to come off again.
So imagine horrors of horrors, on the drive to Sampran with my distributor and a customer and another vendor, my split happily split open. >.<
And I'm not wearing the nicest bra (i feel).
Definitely paiseh but i think i surprised myself by how calm n zen i reacted. I mean, wat else can i do correct. haha
n on the bright side, i managed to see how helpful some of these Thai ladies were. One was khun Oam, one of my distributor lady whom i may not work with often but have seen her on a few different occasions. She may not speak much of english but she helped me from zipping up, to using safety pins to even sewing for me (ya it did come off like 3 - 4 times! hahahaha).
Even some ladies who were not even distributors but girl friends of the bride also helped me. YEA, i DEFINITELY MADE AN IMPRESSION! oh well!
Anyway, lovely lovely pictures of the wedding!
Chef Bunny's Rosti
not the first time she prepared my favourite rosti! She knows exactly how i like it, not overly crispy, preferably still crunchy!
oh so good!
oh so good!

Not needed negativity
I do not need any more issues / problems / hiccups or even tasks for that matter. My health prob can’t take it too.
I’m ready to pull off the hair and maybe even toe nails of whoever gives me more of the above.
Breath.

Royale Birthday Celebration for Dear Dear and Leonard
Because the birthday boy likes chap chai peng, birthday dinner i tried to explore places that feels like it. Peranakan somehow came to mind and upon checking on Chope, i found Royale!
Located at Mercure Bugis....
Happy birthday dear Dear and Leonard!
They have a selection of cold seafood which honestly what really drew me over was the fact that they had scampi on their online menu!
The prawns were pretty good and fresh!
The scampi however was a little too hard n small for my liking...
U can also make your own Rojak!
And some savory items...
There’s also a live bbq station area where you can order grilled sting ray, sotong and otah...
We had a short dinner coz there was just too much going on at home but I’m glad we managed to make it today!
Happy birthday dear Dear and Leonard!
