Living by the shoulder

it all happened so suddenly and at a point where we were in such a rush. First we heard some funny sound and she stopped the car on the side. it was hard to even get down the car and we realised the tyre was punctured. Next thing we know is it started to rain. SWAY MAX.

this experience triggered some thoughts in me too. How often she's on the road for work and how much i dun want to ever lose her. And it was scary coz her family were telling us how dangerous it was to sit in the car yet it was raining. Like dunno wat to do... 

eventually, we had to call EMAS for a car tow coz the shoulder was too tight to do any form of tyre change.

Detchie's Birthday 2018

because of my dad's health, Detchie kindly agreed to push back her home leave to spend her birthday with us instead of heading back to spend it with her family. Something we are very very appreciative of.

and since my dad's surgery, this is the first time we are headed out as a family for a meal - not considering the meals at the respective hospital's canteen.

Glad that dad is very slowly recovering though sometimes it is still painful to see him so weak with difficulty walking.

During this period, really appreciative of Detchie and my mum who has been taking care of daddy.

After the meal, managed to squeeze some time to let mum get her hair dyed. Dad also got a haircut. 

Looking forward to more meals together out of the house as a family!

Veron's Big 3!

we crashed heron's big 3 birthday celebration at HDL, i must say while i dun like HDL food, their service today was really good.
