Woot Woot we play Badminton. La La we sing Karaoke!

          
badminton with shan and joey and 2 of their friends. i think they really got a damn good location for their place. right below is a community centre and we an play badminton there and head up to their place to shower. condo these days don't even have badminton courts!




















































































it was great stretching and work out!

the shower part was incredible also!

after the games, shan suggested ktv and we went to a pub like place with rooms near their house...























their friends can sing really well!

our dinner. $10 worth of fried beancurd skin. Super awesome when mixed with some gravy from their laksa!

Rice & Fries with Bernard

        
met up with Bernard for dinner after work and we decided to head to Rice & Fries to try out their new menu!

was so good that Bernard went for seconds!

the soft shell crab and the very yummy curry mayo sauce!







and of coz, for first timers who do take lamb, the lamb shank is a must try!



i went for the oxtail!



the oxtail was savoury and tender and filled with meat! the ratatouille was yummeh! the butter rice was decent, i will like it better if its slightly stronger in taste.

Crazy Awesome Portobello Truffle Fries!

i bought some ingredients from Medi-ya the other day and decided to get cooking today!         











decided to make portobello fries!



these were really good!

pork was a little too tough though coz i didnt manage to marinate or make it tender...

i also tried making a baked cauliflower pot pie...



















MMm.. the cauliflower is good! even ah yee said so!

seafood aglio olio...











turned out i put too much chilli, rather spicy! hehe

and japanese cod roe pasta (this one is play cheat one.. this is instant mix) but turned out to be really nice! jaahahah
