Junie's Spontaneous Attempt at Risotto!

got a promo sms from Gspa (sms marketing works!) recently and i headed down to their Nassim Road outlet for a facial (badly need one)..



the facial was ok. no extraction hence tak shiok but the service was pretty good.

at level one, there was an italian restaurant and on the side they had a grocer like area and i found this!



seems easy enough!

so i tried to work on it, coupled with the truffle that shan and joey got me from their italy trip...























i think i did pretty well! It was yummy!!
