The Loh Gong Zai cooks again!


Been a long while since we met up and Loh gong Zai cooked again! This time displaying his culinary skills on fish and pork loin!

Fresh fish from the market he said!


Whipping up a meal while latte and I waited patiently!


The whole meal, when done, consisted of the following and was very nicely plated!






The salt baked fish was special and had this thyme taste. Very good! 


Grateful to them for whipping up such a delightful meal for me!
