When Niki Meets Cookie

over on msn last night, cynthia and i was catching up and realised we've not met for months. time just flies!!

so we arranged to catch up today. am actually happy that this week ahead, i havent got it packed with activities. I've been hooked onto this fb card game. shen lai 13 zhi. damn fun!! addictive! haha

amelia gave me a ride to cyn's office after work and from there, we headed to katong mall. i was missing the truffle ravioli from Baci!

we ordered a parma ham pizza..



the pizza is decent. price wise its not too expensive either. i think its around $14 (if i recall correctly).

the ravioli is a little more expensive at $16.90 (but its damn good!!!). its truffle ravioli and we chose it with pink cream sauce...



the ravioli is just soooo good. you can taste the truffle taste in the fillings.. YUMMY!!

i was going on and on asking cynthia.. " nice right?? very nice hor?? "

and den cynthia said to me.. " u want somemore? u want we can order "

*DELIGHTED*

me: " u will share with me??? * in my sweetest possible (despite the sore throat) voice

and so, we had another round of the truffle ravioli but this time in spicy chilli and ham sauce...



the sauce was not bad but i think the truffle ravioli goes better with the pink cream sauce. Soooo yummy!

for desserts, we headed over to da paolo downstairs.. introduced the tiramisu to cynthia...



and she thinks its good too!

actually i asked cynthia to choose between the white chocolate yoghurt crumble and tiramisu.. she chose the former and after she did, i picked up a small tub of the tiramisu as well! hahahaha




these 2 are my favs - simply coz i've not tried their other pastries.. and i dont intend to try because i am afraid. i am afraid i will like another one and den i will be even more spoilt for choice! hahaha
