ivy and joe introduced this place when they sent us over to golden mile...
the guys ordered the pork green curry to share...
i think its pretty good. its not too spicy and the pork pieces were somewhat tender.
but i have to say, i don't take enough thai cuisine to judge. generally thai cuisine will not be my top choice hence i don't take a lot of it. but i usually end up quite liking the food when people bring me yet on my own accord, i usually wont go for thai. haha
tom yam soup...
which i felt was quite decent as well.
pineapple rice....
i thought the pineapple rice is pretty good!
olive rice...
decent. would prefer it if it was a little more salty.
and they recommended me the beef noodle...
its really pretty good. the beef slices werent spectacular but i really love the thin thai kway teow they used. the soup was also really tasty.
condiments that can be added to the soup....
ivy and joe recommends it with lots of chilli but i dont take much spicy food so i added only a little. but generally, i do like the soup.
after dinner, izzy told me our bus would reach by 10pm. we're headed to cameron highlands! its his birthday present for me seeing i'm on leave and i have been complaining about the hot weather! the tour agent told us that the bus may arrive late like around 11pm due to some delays at the customs. thats when i realised the bus trip over to cameron may take like 10 hours? i almost wanted to die there. hahahhaa
we changed to another thai kopitiam for drinks and tried the very sweet thai milk tea .. also chatted around for awhile.
luckily, our bus arrived around 10 plus and it was a really comfy coach with a personal tv for each passenger...
the seats were really comfy, can even lie down flat.
i watched the show From Prada To Nada. a pretty good (my kind) of show.
as we got to yong peng, izzy recommended the kaya balls....
i dont remember seeing these around but its not bad!
after the prada show, i slept the rest of the trip away so the 10 hours werent that bad.
