My maid is off today

I din haf a deep sleep. Havent been having deep sleeps these days. I heart deep sleeps! Please come back to me~~

The first thing i did was to call Jo to check up on her but she couldnt really talk coz she's on her way out to meet her customer.

I called Jo again on my way out, she sounded really ok and yeah, we spoke of how stubborn she can be. Once she decides on something, she wun care even if she koes its wrong or not beneficial on herself or anyone else and no one can change her mind until she herself suddenly realises she's just being difficult and den slowly softens. Otherwise, no matter how, no matter who speaks to her, nothing goes in and she'll only end up getting frustrated. haha.. but im glad she's fine. While speaking to her, i almost cried as well.

Turns out dat Jack couldnt get tickets for the movie 'The Fog' and so he got 4 tickets for Big Momma at night. At the same time, Meina texted to ask if i've got any programmes tonight so i got her to join us. But because Jack booked the tickets by fone, chances are its not possible to get another ticket dats seated together so i thought if anyone should sit that seperate seat, i'll gladly take the seat to have Meina join us for tonight.

Before heading to school, i went over to Chinatown's Tong Heng to buy egg tarts for my maid. He's been pretty nice these days and yes, today is his off day where i'm supposed to be nice to him. So i got him his favourite egg tarts...



of coz, i also got extra for seafoodies and rachel.

When i got to school, i waited for them to have their break. I was surprised dat Eekoon was in the lecture as well! haha.. she came to sit in with Elyn. I gave them an egg tart each... but Elyn doesnt like egg tart.. i think Rachel doesnt like them either.

Eekoon brought along a lomo camera.. and it so happens dat the colour of the camera matches her top today so well!



Doesnt she just look like the spokesperson for the camera? I think Eekoon is very stylo and cool!

We continued to sit outside the LT after the break.. everyone was just lazy to head in... Sonia even used her innocent and gentle tone to answer us " i dun want " when we asked if we should go in. Haha....

But today, we got surprised! The charming lecturer actually came out of the lecture to ask us to go back in... haha..

I realised i brought the wrong set of notes. I know, how terrible. And Eekoon was helping us copy notes on the board....



Because i had earlier told my maid dat we're all waiting for him, he took a cab down pretty early so when he arrived, i went out of lecture to pass him the egg tarts.....



Although its his day off, although i did say i will try to be nice to him, its not easy. So at times i do still show my temper and show him this look....

After lesson ended, i was telling them i need to urgently pay my starhub bill, it was den i realised how i din koe my school. Haha. i never really realised we've got a SAM machine in school. While paying the bill, i realised i din haf enuff $ in my DBS bank a/c... how embarassing. miu~

After i paid my bills, together with Elyn and Eekoon, we headed to town. By right we were supposed to go meet up with Lea and Jack but because we had to buy some stuff, we left the two of them to continue their chats at Coffee Club.

When we got to town, Elyn and Eekoon went shopping and i got Elyn to go look for lil bee at his workplace to get the lights he got for her from Thailand.

Humbert and i first went over to get some finger food like Tori Q and crystal jade's carrot cake and bo luo bao.

After dat, we went over to Takashimaya because he said he wants to use the voucher he got for his bday to buy Jewel more dears (Jewel's favourite pink dolphin toy). He said he'll buy 100 of the dolphins for Jewel and confuse Jewel. haha.. his $50 vouche where got enuff for 100? lol.. also, there were only 3 pink dolphins left.

Over there, we saw the cute lil piggy in the korean drama serial Jin San Shun!

I merely wanted to take a pic with the pig but he ended up buying me the pig as well to top up to $50.

In the end, using the $50 voucher, we bought....



3 pink dolphins for Jewel, a Jin San Shun piggie, a yellow duckie for himself and a white duckie for his girlfriend, Jack. Total added up to $50.40 cents...

Den i got him to go up to the cosmetics level with me because i got reminded of the Dior promotion dat Sorina told me yesterday!



Only $225, very worth it right? The pouch itself would probably be sold at duno how much already. I LIKE~ Recollecting that i still have $160 worth of Tangs voucher from dar dar, i got Humbert to accompany me walk over to Tangs to get it! Hee.. so happy. The products inside can be given to mummy summore! Mummy's birthday is coming i still duno wat to get her.

After we were done buying all the stuff, we walked over to Coffee Club to look for Jack and Lea. We were both so tired and complaining already. Haha. Our feet were aching and we were both feeling so upset dat the distance is too short for us to take a cab... hahahahaa....

When we got to Coffee Club, we were so disappointed to see Jack and Lea coming out from Coffee Club because the both of us badly wana take a seat! hahaha....  And den he passed Jack the duckie he got Jack....



Which Jack obviously wasnt very impressed. hahaha... We called Elyn and Eekoon asking if they wana join us for dinner at Newton. With their green light, we went to pick them up from Far East.

Everything's about the same except dat super big tiger prawns. hee.. i've been wanting to try it. I like big big prawns! I also like haybe (pun intended for dar dar.. haha)! But i dun like those not big not small prawns. lol...

The super big tiger prawn was very nice but not cheap. One costs ard $24! Next time i save $ i will go eat at least 3 of it! muahahhaa...

and i cant remember after wat conversations, Jack jokingly teased dat Humbert has a hard life because of how i treat him... den i teasingly got pissed with Humbert saying since im making life so difficult for him den he should not talk to me anymore....  Who cares if its his off day~ Bleah~ I refused to speak to him after dat

Den when i was trying so hard to pick up some stingray, Humbert snatched my fish! I lagi dun want to tok to him.. even when he tried to get me some of the sting ray, I DUN WANT. =p 

In the end, Elyn had to help him pass the fish to me. And because i cannot scold him, Elyn was my spokesperson for the day.... haha.. Elyn and Humbert also became like good friends, alot of things to say!

Alex called and i think he was probably bored but he asked me to continue to have fun and i told him i'll try to call him if im home early.

After dinner, Jack dropped Elyn and Eekoon off at Plaza Singapura whereas we went over to Marina Square to meet up with Meina and we caught the movie Big Momma's House 2. My favourite in the show would be the lil kid Andrew. He's so cute.. i kinda adore lil children .. oki, minus off the parts where they start crying for unknown reasons. haha...

While watching the movie, realised dat W texted twice asking to meet up for drinks. We girls kinda find his textes real CKP ie. Chee Koh Pek.

After the movie, Meina said she was going off to meet Sorina for drinks at some ktv pub. The rest of us decided we'll go meet up with Elyn and Eekoon to head down to the PS Cafe dat Elyn has been raving about to us.

While walking to the car, Humbert was still trying to get me to talk to him.. so Lea and Jack were walking in the front and we were at the back. Later he said we should take pictures but everytime out pics turns out not nice... so along the way, we hid behind pillars and took one pic after another......

We picked Eekoon and Elyn up from Parkmall and they directed us to the PS cafe. Its somewhere near Ministry of Foreign affairs and British Council.... actual address is 28 B Harding Road. We took notice of the address because Meina called saying she and Sorina may wana join us but it was too hard for us to direct her in already because it is quite ulu a place.

But the place is totally beautiful! Its like someplace that came out from nowhere. From where we parked, we walked in through a trail of wooden planks with spotlights gently shining to lead us on along the way....



Upon reaching the place, it felt more like im visiting someone's house party more like a cafe.... and despite being located at such a ulu location, the place was bustling with life!

The place had an excellent setting and view. The decor gave the place a somewhat laidback yet classy style. Great music was playing in the background matching the ambience of the cafe.

All the drinks were not too bad but reading the reviews, it appears they've got a fabulous dessert menu. I AM SO GOING BACK THERE!

Oh, actually, aside from drinks, we also had an eye candy. haha.. there was this server there, by name of Pierre, he was such a hot hot hunk!



hahhaa... picture doesnt do him credit in my view! Hes like some model material! We got his picture because because Humbert told him we're on some project looking out for good looking guys. >.< A lil unethical but it was too late to stop Humbert after he had already told it to Pierre. I thot even if by being honest, Pierre would most probably have obliged. haha..

We stayed till the cafe closed. Operating hours are from 6.30 pm till around 1.30 am on weekends. Closed on mondays.

Jack sent us back. Humbert sent me upstairs and on our way up, he told me he had a very very very good day and hes sad dat a day is so short because after today, its his off day no more and dat means i dun hafta be nice to him! Yay!! =p

I texted Sorina and Meina when i got home checking on how they are. Apparently Michael went to join them. Exchanged a couple of smses with Meina.

The new korean drama after Jin San Shun isnt my cuppa tea at all. It looks like those super sad kinda drama... i dun like!

After i bathed and all, i was so tired i fell right asleep!

Jewel loses her favouritism...

I woke up in the morning, had a conversation with Alex. He was feeling much better, even urged me to ask him along for mahjong. haha... Chatted about his project and all.

While we were on the line, Jack and Humbert called simultaneously. I called Jack back after i was off the line. He was enquiring further about Lea. Hahahhaa...

I called Humbert back after i called Jack and so the arrangement was for everyone to head over to my place today. Coz i have gotta do my LM, Simba and Jewel can play, Humbert can have some programmes for today, Lea can finally see Simba, Elyn can see Simba, Elyn and Lea can get their PM notes and Jack can get to see Lea again. Hahaha...

I'm a lil lazy.. and seriously busy (with my LM) so i shall just show you all the pics we took.....

Earlier when Simba and Humbert got here and were at the door, Jewel was so eager to welcome them, she ran out to the corridor but she ended up irritating the hell out of Simba dat Simba turned his back and walked down the stairs! hahahaha.. and poor Humbert had to give chase.. haha

After dinner, Humbert wanted to view some of my old pictures so we proceeded to my study room, leaving Lea and Jack to.. hehe.. do some chattings of their own. It was nice flipping through albums.. its like a walk down memory lane. One of my best decorated album is my OCBC D&D album! I initially thot it had went missing only to have found them in the living room which upon showing to Jack, he had a shock dat i looked so much slimmer den. miu~

But of coz, the most shocking part was when we showed them my secondary school pic against Lea's secondary school pic....  Who would have known dat we'd look the same? lol

Alex called at around 11 plus before he went to bed. Chatted briefly and he went to bed upon knowing i've got friends at home.

They left my place at almost 12 i think. But they din head straight home. They went over for more chats etc at lower seletar while i finally managed to complete my LM's INTRODUCTION! This is bad productivity!!

The world's most awesome maid is leaving us....

Late last night, Pinky msged me on MSN asking if im attached. The suspect was Humbert. No i'm not! I remember telling Keelan if i ever get attached again, he'll be the first person i'll inform! So Pinky, of coz u'll be the first few to know if i ever get attached. Meanwhile you can introduce me some nice guys to expedite the process? lol

I dozed off while reading up on the leadership information we photocopied over the last few days. I've been talking about placing the notes under pillows and let them diffuse into my brain right? Well, because i dozed off, i kinda did sleep on my notes. But just to inform you guys, it doesnt work! hahahahah~

Today is Puji's last day. Yes, she's going back to Indonesia. She won't be back again.

I woke up ard 11 odd, changed and prepared for school. Den i was helping them with the moving around of stuff. Puji bought alot of soft toys and clothes back for her family.

Everything was done only around 3 plus and mummy sent her only to the agency on behalf of aunt lisa.

Was telling Puji to take care and all and she started to act like she's crying...



haha... she's really just like a lil girl...

and i took a picture with her....



right after the picture, she gave me a hug and she kissed me on my neck. haha... as i went off going to school, she would like always, ask me to be careful etc. She's really an awesome maid. The most wonderful one we've had.

Although she's employed by aunt lisa and uncle robin, because of her good terms with mummy, she helps out alot with our housework. Also, mummy teaches her how to cook. Puji, is amongst all the maids, who cooks the best! Aside from these, she's very much of a friend to mummy, they chat and they share their issues and problems.

On Valentines this year, Puji even got mummy and myself gifts to surprise us! Its a wonderful relationship and Puji will be greatly greatly missed.

On yeah, reading Fiona's blog, realised she's also going Taiwan and me, i'm going crazy. BOOOOO HOOOOOO EVERYONE IS GOING ON HOLIDAY! Thailand la~ Taiwan la~ You all cannot go at different times one meh?? Why must everyone go at the same time giving me a big impact... i very long no go holiday alreadyyyyyyyyy *miu-s to myself*

So i went over to school...On my way to school, tried to call Jo to let her continue sharing her joy abit but she din pick up. I was pretty late for class... again catch no ball for the finance.. " oh why~ oh why~~ did i take finance? "

But i was happy to see Sonia, Elyn and Rachel at the lecture.

Lea asked me out for a movie today - Rumour has it. We agreed we've both been very mentally strained by LM. We need a break, catch a bimbotic show and luff it off. Humbert who was free joined us. He said if he din join us, he'll be like some lonely chicken. haha...

Elyn told me lesson tdy starts at 2.30 pm instead of 2 pm and would end at 5.30 pm. But in the end it did still start at 2 pm and ended at 5 pm. Humbert offered to pick me up from school to head to town together to meet Lea. Elyn and Rachel who were also heading to town, hitched a ride.

Humbert WAS SUPPOSED to reach by 5.30 pm.. but when i finished lesson, i quickly called him, he has still not bathed. Even after we got off the fone, he din go prepare immediately, he continued watching his 10 over minutes of Full House. So we girls waited for almost an hour for him!!!!!

But we did have some good catching up.... especially finding out about Rachel and her issues. Well, what's most important now is dat, she's now blissfully in L.O.V.E. Attached to a very sweet Shengyang.

When Humbert arrived, Elyn din hold back to greet him as 'huai ren'. He din only make the 3 of us wait loh.. by being late he also made Shengyang and Eekoon who were meeting Rachel and Elyn respectively wait. Haha.. but den to make up for it, he paid for our cabbie ride...  and of coz, i appreciate him coming down to pick us up la..

At Cineleisure, i bumped into Justin (ex-colleague from Misa)... still looked the same. Exchanged MSN addresses.

I was introduced to Shengyang for the first time!Shengyang is rather good looking! They look very compatible together. Wanted to take a pic but they din wana take a pic together because Rachel din have any makeup on today.. hehe...

Eekoon also came over to meet up with Elyn. Eekoon's dressing is so stylo today! I like!



haha.. machiam she's posing for some style diary magazine eh? I especially like her necklace.. very cute.... Overall she looked great!

Elyn also passed me the cheap nail strengthener she got me from online......

Elyn and Eekoon left shortly after to join their friend at Far East.... Shengyang and Rachel accompanied Humbert and myself up to collect the movie tickets. That's when i noticed Shengyang is SO SWEET! He packed some food (dim sum like items i think) for Rachel!! So SWEET RIGHT? And they'll be having dinner at Shengyang's place.. his dad is cooking~~~ Awwww...  I always think couples who can get along well with their family is great. Rachel can most probably have her dream wedding! Haha.. yes, Rachel, Lea told me about ur dream wedding! haha

Lea joined us at the ticketing counter. Shengyang and Rachel left shortly after because they were gonna go over to Plaza Singapura to get some Sunpage plan because Shengyang will be going to Aussie to study for the next 4 months. Will be back by July so to make it convenient for Rachel, he wants to get her some Sunpage plan... how thoughtful. So so happy for Rachel! She's finally getting what she deserves.

As my credit card was with Diane and i booked the tickets using dat credit card, i wasnt sure if they would let me do the collection. Thank god they did. We paid using cash. Humbert wanted to pay me back but i told him to keep it coz he's been treating us.

After the tickets collection, all 3 of us agreed we were famished. We were wondering about what to have for dinner  and we decided to have Cartel.

This is what we ordered for starters.. nuggets and munchers!



I remember trying the munchers with nuasters the other time and the one this time round tastes abit different leh. Aside from cheese, there seems to also be potato inside. Its a different taste but i do still quite like it.

The first main dish to arrive was the Panfried Linguine dat Lea ordered. Humbert and my order took very very long to arrive.... so only Lea got to try her mains and we were soooooo hungry!



Finally our mains arrived...



First is Lea's Panfried Linguine. I recommended Lea to try it though i've not tried it myself because i saw dat its an awarded signature dish of Cartel. It was really quite nice.. a lil spicy but nice.

Humbert ordered some grilled chicken with pasta thingy. I din exactly know what he ordered when he ordered. If i had knew, i'd have stopped him. coz i ordered the same exact thing when i was there with the OCBC girls the other time and i din quite like it.

As for me, i ordered the Pepper Fish which is pepper style linguine with fish. I like it, i think its nice.

While we were having our dinner, Jack called asking if its possible to get another ticket so Humbert went up to try to get another ticket for him. After we were done eating and all, got an sms from Humbert saying he couldnt get a ticket and he's outside smoking so Lea and myself went out to look for him. He was talking to two girls so we stood by the side to wait. Later he told us, one of them was Miss A. And Miss A actually went all the way down there to meet up with him just so to pass him his birthday present.

After dat, we walked up for our movie. On our way up, bumped into Anyi and bf. Chatted for a very short while before rushing up to get our drinks and popcorn. Humbert bought the super large combo! Haha.. even though he said he's on diet! lol.. i said i'll only take two but we ended up sharing the popcorn. haha..

The movie, wasnt as bimbotic and wasnt the kind where you can just sit through and luff it off kind. I dun like the morals dat came along with the movie. Its like its encouraging people to adventure (even sexually if u wana) before marriage... and to encourage people to forgive their partners who have betrayed them. At the end of the movie, it triggered a question in me. Which is worse, emotional betrayal or physical betrayal?

Lea hated it when i asked it.. she said i took the movie too seriously... haha...

After the movie, we went over to wait for Jack at the entrance of Cineleisure.. Lea took this pic of me while we were waiting...

and they were with their guy friend, Weiliang (i think dats the name). When Elyn wanted to introduce us, she pointed to me and said " another mahjong kah " and thinking she's gonna introduce us, i reached out my hand wanting to shake Weiliang's hands... Weiliang reached out his hands and just as he asked.. " where do u stay " and i said " June "... now.......... dat din sound right. HAHAHHAHA...

and so i asked him.. " so where do you stay? " he said Boonlay, Jurong... so i told him, no worries, come and i'll introduce you to one staying in Jurong one... as i brought them over to where Lea and Humbert were standing, wanted to introduce Weiliang to Humbert but they ended up talking among themselves...



WHAT A SMALL WORLD. It turns out that the two of them know each other!

We stood around for awhile before adjourning to the Coffee Club. Lea has been wanting to try the Earl Grey Vanilla after reading about it in my entry where i had it with Adrian...

While in the queue, can't remember how one joke got to another, it was about Jack and Humbert being a couple and they actioned abit, hugged intimately. Din manage to catch dat shot.. but when i asked them to pose, they did this...

Jack had cappucino. He was so funny. He was asking me if i know what dat cinnamon stick was for. So i replied saying its a stirrer. He told us how he had thought dat the cinnamon stick was a biscuit and he tried eating it previously. hahaha..

Eekoon and Humbert ordered the rambutan freeze which was rather rambutan-ish. But i kinda prefer the one from Bliss.

Elyn ordered the chocolate milk shake. Forgot to try it. haha.. so Elyn, was it nice?

Lea and myself, of coz had the Iced Earl Grey Vanilla. Sadly, Lea din like it like i did. miu~ She thot it tasted like bandung...... and she doesnt like bandung. I dun think it tastes like bandung leh~ Eekoon after trying said it tastes like incesticide.. miu~ yes, i have weird taste i guess. I happen to quite like things dat are sometimes of an acquired taste. haha...

Jack upon seeing dat i've been taking a hell lotsa pics and not sure what its for, asked me to take a picture of this....

The whole coffee session was very fun. We played lotsa games. The lot of which came from my previous session with the Imperial group. Like black magic, bang bang game, johnny whoosh, etc.

The guys accused me of brain fucking the hell out of them. haha...

see how the 'cock' (not i call him cock one.. is Jack call one... because Humbert is always the last to guess the right answer) Humbert looks while he is trying to concentrate to think of the answer....

which i only tried 2 mouthful and den Alex called. Apparently he was a lil upset and depressed over somethings. So i walked away to console him abit. Tried to cheer him and all. We got off the line after he felt slightly better.

When i got back to the table, they were all merry and telling me they are all planning to head down to geylang for supper. Even Lea who stays so damn far away. Fwah, everyone so onz! How can i buay onz right?

We went over to Yong He, had soyabean drink, you tiao and oyster mee sua..



as Lea and myself were not hungry, we shared a soya bean drink. Jack, Eekoon and Elyn had a bowl of mee sua each and they all shared the you tiao.

Alex texted me asking me to give him a call when i get home if i can.

After supper, Jack sent us back. Luckily Eekoon, Elyn and myself all stay near geylang.  Humbert was rather nice, sending all the girls up the lift (ya, i hate to admit he's nice).

I went to bath and all and received a text from Elyn telling me she's home and she had fun. Eekoon also told me she had lotsa fun.

I called Lea who was still on the way home with the guys. She had fun too. I guess the happiest thing was to know dat Eekoon, Elyn and Lea had fun. That's very important to me. i felt very happy knowing that.

I accompanied Lea to chat for awhile and i called Alex back who was already sleeping. Chatted for awhile and he went to bed again. Glad he's fine now.

After Humbert got home, hahahaaa... he told me a piece of news. Jack is smittened by Lea! hahahahahhahaa.... Why am i not surprised? lol.. well, Lea has a good impression of Jack i guess... think he's nice and rather charming? lol.. Let's see how things will go from here eh? My dear lil bee, come back quick!! Gambatae! lol

I was kinda tired, dozed off while watching Jin San Shun. The final episode. Of coz, Sanshi ended up with Sanshun and i'm so happy~! I love happy endings! Also, not only drop-dead gorgeous babes get happy endings... dat makes me happier. But of coz, im not expecting it to befall on myself.. and also, i koe this is, but a drama.
