Angry dreams

I need to be up by around 4am and meet ah Yee at 5am and be at air port by 5.30am yet I can't fall asleep.

I keep thinking about my dream last night. I was very angry in that dream. I was really mad at my helper, I told her I was going to send her back to Indonesia and she went downstairs and my cousins came to console me n tell me to bring her home and we saw her walking over to McDonald's. I told her about my dream and we both lifted about it.

I also dreamt that I was angry with everyone.. My friends.. All my friends... And well, just everyone. I was crying and crying and crying and I kept pouring out what I was not happy with each and every person in my dream and I woke up finding myself with a lot of eye shit coz I really cried hard and the tears dried up around the eye area.

Are dreams reality? Or dreams are opposite of reality?
