HK 2012 with Ah Yee - Day 7 (Path Graduation!)

after the training, ah yee and myself took a cab over to city view to check in before heading out to our beloved mong kok!

we first headed to langham place for dinner. ended up at this cafe called Suzuki Cafe..




first up is the lobster bisque soup...




which was really bland. so bad even salt and pepper didnt help.

ah yee...



and i couldnt help but feel upset at canon for the lousy pictures taken tonight.

the beef n foie gras rice was pretty good!

and a pastry dessert..



the pastry part of the dessert was good. the cream part was decent though a little on the not so sweet side.

but overall, it was quite a disappointing dinner simply coz its in hong kong and i had higher expectations of their good food.

we continued shopping in slight drizzle. was telling ah yee im keen to get a backpack and she looked at me in bewilderment! haha.. like me? backpack? am i ok? hahhaha

so yeah.. anyway to save money, i didnt buy my backpack in the end.

we actually walked down the whole stretch of Sai Yeung Choi Street to look for this Chao Long Yuan that i read on Lionel's blog, couldnt find. we took a cab to look for the yee shun milk company we thought he was referring to, couldnt find. we headed back to the hotel and the hotel people helped us find it but it was already around 11 odd and we were told they close around midnight. and coz it was drizzling, we almost had to skip it today until a taxi came around and so we were on our way!
