HK 2012 with Ah Yee - Day 8 (Reunited w master!)

today is the day we eat the usually must eat food if i come to hk!

first is sheng ji porridge!

love their big thick yummy you tiao!

and super super love their porridge!!!!!!!

ah yee had the fish belly with meatball porridge...

while i had my pig liver and fish belly....

the pig liver slices seemed to have reduced in size but still much bigger than those in singapore. the fish belly slices are still thick and fresh.

major yummy!

and as we passed by tong tat, its just not right to miss out the curry fish balls...

smells sooooo good!

the other day when we passed by with my colleagues, i also introduced this to them and they agreed that their fish balls are better than other places. the sauce is much stronger.

bumped into dorothy and her hubby who took pics for us!

and ya, i was too lazy to dry my hair today plus we wanted to rush over to kwai fong to shop and also check out that famous gui hua gao that meina introduced.

but sadly, when we got there, ah yee remembered the wrong floor so we decided to shop as we find. when we finally found it, it was out of stock already!

shopped at kwai fong for about 4 hours. helped amelia buy more accessories. how i wish my job is just to be a personal shopper! that will be such an enjoyable job!

got ah yee to help amelia test the necklace!

even the flowers in hk are prettier!

after our shopping, we headed back to yau ma tei and met up with master! he is working in hong kong and we agreed we must arrange to meet up!

brought them for dinner at Australian Milk Company....

they both had the set with macaroni....

i raved and raved and raved to them about the toast and scrambled eggs....

i still think its damn good! ah yee thinks its so so. master thinks its nice but he won't deliberately be back for it. so anti-climax! but its ok, coz i love it to the bits!! the toast as well! damnnn good in my view!

and their milk tea is also nice!

master!

and the super smooth steamed milk!

after dinner, we headed over to ladies street for more shopping....

bought cufflinks as gifts.

as we were walking back to the hotel, we passed by burger king and i saw... TRUFFLE BURGER! OMG!

MUST TRY!!

its damnnnn good! Singapore's burger king, when will you be as innovative to come up with this???
